To join Sabong International, fill out this application and present it at the membership desk along with one (1) valid ID card (ID) bearing your name, birthdate, and a photo, which was issued by an official government agency.
2. Elect to Receive Communications
Sabong International may send you communication items in an effort to improve your interactions with us, such as but not limited to administrative and legally mandated notices, initiatives, campaigns, or promotional materials.
If you’d want these details forwarded to you, please check the box next to the preferred form of communication. If this is the case, you won’t get any correspondence from us.

3.The Collection and Privacy Statement
Your personal information must be gathered by Sabong International. Our company needs to share your information with significant suppliers, third-party service providers, related companies, subsidiaries, and market research promotions in order to provide you with our services, account administration, accounting, market research promotions, play tracking, loyalty point profiling, promotional games, prize release, and other related services. In order to protect your privacy, our business fully complies with Republic Act No. 10173, generally known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, as well as the Membership Card Terms and Conditions.
1. In addition to the uses listed above, our company collects personal information through this membership form that will be used to deliver our goods and services to you more effectively. This information will be needed to enable the transaction, monitor and administer your account, and finish it.

Our Company uses automated processes and stringent security measures to guarantee that the Data Privacy standards for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data are met. We have internal measures in place to prevent and mitigate data breaches, and all staff members have undergone training on how to handle personal information.
5. Your information will be kept on file in our system for as long as your account is active and for at least one (1) year after your last visit.
4.Terms and Conditions for Membership
To be eligible to play, a player must be at least twenty-two (22) years old. Members may not be employees of the government, gambling sites, their agencies, suppliers, contractors, or their close relatives.
Applicants must submit an application form and one (1) real, valid, government-issued photo ID in order to register.
The bonus points, incentives, and privileges are only available to the cardholder and cannot be used by anyone else.
Sabong International reserves the right to deny a person’s application or revoke their membership if they violate the membership terms and conditions or give false or inaccurate information while registering for membership.
Consent & Affirmation of members
I certify that the details I’ve supplied in this application are true and correct, that I’m at least 22 years old, and that I’ve read, comprehended, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of membership, as they may be updated from time to time.
I accept my consent to abide by the PAGCOR – Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation’s house rules, regulations, and policies regarding the management and operations of this establishment.
In addition, I have read and understand the company’s collection and privacy statement. As a result, I freely and consciously give the go-ahead for the company to collect and use my personal information. I am aware that my membership would become inactive if I withdraw this permission.
